General Info: Please be aware that as a guide, it is your responsibility to guide guests through physically and mentally challenging zipline courses. As a guide, you need to be in good physical condition in order to lead tours ranging anywhere from 2-10 people on a regular basis. When large parties book, tours those numbers can range anywhere from 20-100 guests with multiple guides. All tours have at least 2 guides assisting guests. 

The hiring process is a bit different here at Zipline Utah. First, we start with two unpaid days of shadowing tours. Then after a training session on safety and rescue techniques, we will evaluate your ability to safely guide and rescue guests through our different courses. These days of shadowing do not guarantee you employment. After shadowing for two days, if we feel, and you feel, that you can safely guide guests through our courses, you will be put on payroll and begin guiding your own tours!
